How do I open an account?

  • Visit our sign up page to get started.
  • Step 1, you will need to provide your email address.
  • Step 2, you will provide your contact information and set a password.
  • Step 3, you will provide your shipping and billing information.

How do I view my past orders?

Once you are logged into the website, you can visit at any time our reorder page. This page will list any items from your prior oders that we still have in stock.

How do I update my profile?

In order to update your address list or change your password, you can visit the account page.

What if there is a problem with my shipment?

We do our best to ship only top quality product. In the event that your order contains damaged or defective merchandise, we will refund the portion of the order for the damaged or defective book(s).

If your order arrives and you notice a shortage, shipping damage or other error, you must report it within 30 days of the ship date. You can use our contact form online or email our customer service team directly at info@secondimpressionbooks.com. Please include your order number and contact information as well as a brief note about the problem you're having.

Please do not return shipments to our facility without contacting our customer service team.
